The hotel is located in a business district, which wasn't ideal for walking, but it's safe and has plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms were spacious, though they could use some minor improvements. The service was excellent, especially the helpful staff. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay with great value for money, especially being so close to Nelson Mandela Square.
